UrbanV & Cluster2 join hands to develop AAM in KSA

UrbanV has announced a partnership with Cluster2 to advance the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s capabilities in AAM and UAM. The partnership aims to develop an AAM ecosystem within Cluster2’s airport network, setting the stage for future commercial air mobility operations in the Kingdom, introducing EVTOL services for cargo logistics. These initiatives will serve as proof of concept trials, assessing the practical integration of AAM in real-world operations, Carlo Tursi, CEO, UrbanV, said. “At UrbanV, we are improving people’s lives by enabling a fast, safe, and clean alternative to existing transport solutions for people and goods over short distances by air. We plan to become a major global operator of vertiport networks, and we will be pioneers in establishing some of the first AAM routes worldwide. We are excited to partner with Cluster2, a major player in airport management space, and we look forward to exploring together with them in introducing advanced air mobility in the KSA,” he added.
