Oman Data Parks’ US$450 mn pact with INTRO Technology



To establish US$450 million Kemet Data Center in the Suez Canal Economic Zone, Oman Data Park has signed an MoU with INTRO Technology to deliver cloud solutions, IoT, and digital transformation services to regional and overseas markets in Africa and Middle East. “We are thrilled to partner with INTRO Technology to establish Kemet Data Centre thereby strengthening our presence in the region. This joint investment will foster growth and innovation in the Middle East, supporting economic development,” Maqbool Al Wahaibi, CEO, Oman Data Park, said. “The partnership represents a pivotal step in our journey to expand technology projects in the Middle East and Africa. Collaborating with Oman Data Park allows us to combine our cloud expertise with their proven success in data centre services,” Mamdouh Abbas, Founder and Chairman, INTRO Investments Holding, said.
