DHL Express has introduced freighters from Hong Kong to Jakarta. The 20-tonne capacity Boeing 737-800 freighter will carry out operations four times weekly. The freighter will move shipments originating from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines and Vietnam via the Central Asia Hub in Hong Kong. “Adding new direct flight from Hong Kong to Indonesia represents a step in enhancing our aviation network. This strategy strengthens our connectivity in Asia-Pacific region and underscores our commitment to providing faster and efficient service. By brining these Asian economic hubs closer, we are poised to meet the growing demand for seamless and reliable logistics solutions in the region, driving growth and fostering stronger business relationships,” Andy Chiang, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, DHL Express Hong Kong and Macau, said.
