Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones ‘MODON’, along with National Centre for Privatisation & PPP (NCP), has launched the EoI for the Logistics Zone Development in Dammam Second Industrial City, stated an official release. The deadline for submitting EoIs is March 9 at 3:00 pm (KSA time). This project will be executed under a PPP through a Design-Build-Finance-Operate–Maintain-Transfer contract in 30 years. The project aims to enhance the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s logistics infrastructure to support the Kingdom’s vision of becoming a global logistics hub. Spanning approximately 850,000 square meters, the project is located within Dammam Second Industrial City and will serve as a key enabler for trade, cross-border connectivity, and industrial expansion, the release added.
