When it comes to ensuring world class logistics and transportation, many companies look towards the UAE. Shibu George, CEO, KRS Logistics, said, “Being at the centre of Asia, Europe and Africa, the Middle East has a strategic geographic position on the world map, and thus this region is a logistics hub for the global cargo movement, be it by air or sea. Two of the world’s best five airlines for cargo as well as passengers belong to the Middle East,” said Shibu George, CEO, KRS Logistics. “The advanced airports such as Dubai International, Hamad International, and King Abdul-Aziz International makes the Middle East region the kingpin in the global supply chain movement. The existing infrastructure in the Middle East can meet all kinds of challenges, including e-commerce logistics and future AI needs, in the global supply chain for the next two decades, he added.
