Loop Global has announced setting up of regional office in Abu Dhabi, to cater increasing market demand of EV technologies in the Middle East. Abu Dhabi intends to install thousands of EV charging stations by 2030. Agility Global, multi-business operator is an investor in Loop. “Our aim is to be the UAE’s top EV charging provider and to use Abu Dhabi as a base for our regional expansion. We will recruit and hire locally and exploit opportunities to bring manufacturing and R&D activities to Abu Dhabi, which would allow it to become an integrated center of excellence for Loop,” Olga Shevorenkova, CEO, Loop said. “Agility Global shares Abu Dhabi’s vision of a cleaner energy future.
