Emirates SkyCargo has started its second weekly freighter service from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) to Brussels Airport (BRU), a unique cargo market from IAH not served by any other cargo carrier, according to a company statement. This additional SkyCargo freighter capacity from Houston offers faster transit times and enhanced connectivity to key markets in Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. From handling agricultural produce, pharmaceuticals and other perishables to sensitive cargo, odd-sized equipment, textiles and supercars, Emirates Sky Cargo has maintained high standards of service for its customers by developing special products, investing in innovation and a ‘fit for purpose’ infrastructure, the release stated.
