Emirates Airline introduced Emirates Courier Express, offering an end-to-end global delivery solution, said Badr Abbas, Divisional Senior Vice President, Emirates SkyCargo. Initially available in seven markets, the UAE, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, South Africa, and the UK, the service aims for rapid expansion across Emirates’ entire network. “Emirates Courier Express does not just meet the Emirates Gold Standard of reliability and excellence but sets a new benchmark for what’s possible,” he said. During its pilot phase, it ferried thousands of packages under 48 hours. It offers next-day urgent delivery and a two-day premium service, catering to industries such as fashion, electronics, and medical equipment. Emirates utilises its freight infrastructure, including temperature-controlled logistics, to ensure efficient and reliable deliveries.
