ECS Group has teamed up with CargoAi to integrate the CargoCoPilot API, an AI-driven solution, into its operations, Matt Petot, CEO of CargoAi, said. The collaboration automates manual email handling for rate and quotation requests, easing workloads for ECS Group’s teams in 23 countries. The API enables automated email responses with quotations by feeding unstructured email data into the Quantum quotation tool, processing over 10,000 requests monthly.
