Delta Cargo receives IATA’s CEIV Pharma certification

Via a press release, Delta Cargo has shared that the airline has become the first to receive the IATA’s center of excellence for Independent Validator (CEIV) Pharma certification at the John F. Kennedy International Airport. The airline is honoured because of its reliable cargo handling facility and efficient ground handling services within the pharmaceutical industry.

“This recognition follows Delta Cargo’s third consecutive CEIV recertification earlier this year, awarded both at a headquarters level as well as for our Atlanta (ATL) hub. Since becoming the first global passenger carrier in the U.S. to receive CEIV Pharma certification in 2017, Delta Cargo has remained steadfast in its commitment to maintaining the highest standards within the pharmaceutical industry”, an official release from Delta Cargo stated.
