Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA) has signed a pact with Keeta Drones to advance drone delivery in Dubai, His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah Lengawi, Director General, DCAA, said. This partnership aims to position Dubai as a global aviation hub, focusing on securing drone logistics in compliance with local and global regulations. “This collaboration highlights the DCAA’s dedication to implementing Dubai’s vision by enabling drone-based delivery and offering innovative infra allowing firms to test their solutions in a safe and model environment. We are focused on creating an attractive environment for such emerging technologies in aviation, while ensuring adequacy of our regulatory frameworks for enhancing safety and security, while streamlining operational processes in coordination with various government entities,” Lengawi added.
