Developed by Milan-based R&D firm, OMNIC, the kiosk streamlines parcel shipping and returns, offering queue-free and agent-free experience. This solution reinforces Aramex’s commitment to enhancing customer convenience through technology. “As part of our efforts to enhance customer experience, we are delighted to roll out the OMNI Drop-Off kiosk at our Umm Ramool branch in Dubai. The new solution is designed to integrate into our customers’ busy lives in cities such as Dubai, offering a fast, reliable, and self-sufficient service. The project is in a pilot phase, and if successful, we plan to introduce it to multiple locations across the UAE and other countries, including those with 24x7 access such as malls and community centres. This allows our valued consumers to access our services at their convenience,” Abboud said.
