Amazon Air Cargo to sell its cargo capacity to third parties

Amazon Air Cargo has announced to sell its air freight capacity to third parties. With around 100 aircraft and domestic networks, AAC is evaluating new regions to expand its network. “We have been building our operational and technical capabilities. We have decided that we are ready to launch our business, and how we can improve your end-to-end. When one pairs it with technology, we have real-time tech that can give customers various packages in group combinations. And we can also make real-time capacity adjustments,” Tom Bradely, Global Director, Amazon Air Cargo, said, on the sidelines of TIACA Air Cargo Forum. “We would not have launched and invested in this business, if we did not like it. That is the focus for this year, getting to a strong, credible, fast, reliable service for air cargo. And that is where we are today and super excited about what we are going to do,” he added.
