Agility Logistics Parks (ALP) announced plans for expansion at its Riyadh Logistics Park, adding 100,000 square metres of advanced warehousing space, making it the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s advanced warehousing complex. The SAR 250 million investment will increase the total available space to over 551,000 square metres, with the first phase operational by Q1 2025.  The company is investing 611 million SAR to build a third ALP complex, near Jeddah. “ALP’s expansion in Riyadh is not just about increasing our operational capacity. It represents a substantial contribution to the growth of the logistics market in KSA and will allow international companies to invest in their growth in the Kingdom. By building world-class warehousing, we can provide critical infrastructure that is helping to make the Kingdom a global and regional logistics hub,” Michel Saab, Global CEO, Agility Logistics Parks, said. The collaboration of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), the Ministry of Investment (MISA), and the municipality of Riyadh helped launch this expansion in Riyadh.
