
Agility Logistics Parks (ALP) has entered a partnership with Riyadh Development Company (ARDCO) to develop a new logistics facility in Riyadh, Jehad AlKadi, CEO, ARDCO, said. The project, valued at SAR 227 million (AED 221 million), spans 97,900 square metres and will feature an integrated logistics complex, including 58,000 square metres of warehouse space. “This partnership is part of our commitment to the ‘Invest to Grow’ strategy aimed at investing in promising growth sectors, while creating added value in priority sectors and maximising overall shareholder returns. The ‘logistics facilities’ project marks the company’s first investment in high-quality logistics sector facilities. This contributes to strengthening Riyadh’s position as a vibrant capital and a regional hub for logistics services,” he added.
