Air Astana has introduced the winter schedule, featuring new routes across the Middle East, Asia, and Central Asia. The launch includes more connections to Dubai, with increased flights from Almaty and Astana, and new routes from Atyrau and Abu Dhabi. Air Astana will operate 40 international and 13 domestic routes, including charter services, optimising cargo and passenger flows. “Air Astana is delighted to boost its presence in the Middle East, with new services to Dubai and Abu Dhabi reflecting the growth in business and leisure traffic between Kazakhstan among others. The introduction of a new Atyrau to Dubai service will contribute to wider economic development in western Kazakhstan by enhancing linkage with important business and tourist centres in the Gulf,” Yerbolat Baisalykov, Senior VP, Revenue Management and Commercial Planning, said.
