They help create a transparent process because now everything is recorded digitally. It also makes document exchange easier, enhances visibility, and streamlines decision-making.” It is not as simple as plugging in a system and expecting it to work magically. Companies must integrate the system, train users, standardise data, and streamline processes, he added.
