ADAFZ has signed a Musataha agreement with Radius Group to develop an AED320 million (US$87.12 million) warehousing facility in Al Falah district. The project, covering 140,000 square metres, will provide over 90,000 square metres for state-of-the-art warehouses, enhancing the district’s logistics infrastructure and boosting the local economy. The partnership will meet the increasing demand for high-quality industrial warehousing space, driving growth in trade and industry. “This development demonstrates ADAFZ’s dedication to attracting leading businesses to Abu Dhabi. By leveraging the emirate’s strategic location and world-class facilities, we are creating a thriving hub for businesses to serve the entire region,” Wilson Chan, SVP, Free Zone Cargo and Logistics, ADAFZ, said.
