1.5 mn sq mt Al Wukair Logistics Park directory launched in Qatar

Gulf Warehousing Company (GWC) in Qatar has launched the Al Wukair Logistics Park Directory, coinciding with the UN’s Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) Day on June 27. This initiative underscores GWC’s commitment to supporting MSMEs and entrepreneurs with tailored solutions.

Ranjeev Menon, Group CEO of GWC, stated, “The Al Wukair Logistics Park Directory aims to boost MSME growth and foster local partnerships. It empowers MSMEs to achieve their goals, reinforcing Qatar as an attractive destination for these enterprises.”

Spanning 1.5 million square meters, Al Wukair Logistics Park offers infrastructure for light industries, including workshops, warehousing units, and open yards. This development supports the operational success of MSMEs, which play a vital role in Qatar’s economic diversification and growth.

GWC’s strategy includes a cooperation agreement with Qatar Development Bank (QDB) to support MSMEs, offering preferential rates for logistics solutions, accommodation, and consultation services. This agreement aligns with GWC’s efforts to promote economic diversification in Qatar.

Jassim Karim of SSG International Trading praised GWC’s facilities, saying, “GWC is an amazing facility with high safety standards, economical and accessible for our team.” Toney Thomas of Luxicor added, “GWC provides world-class services, making it ideal for expansion and success.”
